You purchase the property through ROILITY Estate,
pay the standard 2% fee, and proceed to manage, develop, or resell the asset on your own.
We remain available for future consulting, but there is no further obligation.

Loan Agreement Investment Contract:
Both models are formalized in notarized agreements under Spanish law and applied on a per-project basis, with returns calculated upon the successful sale of the asset (investment cycle completion).
• For each investment, a dedicated Spanish company (S.L.) is created, functioning as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
• The Investor holds 90% of the company’s shares, while Roility S.L. retains 10% to ensure operational control and alignment of interests.
• The Investor provides full financing for the project.
• Roility manages the entire process: acquisition, licensing, architectural design, construction oversight, and resale.
• The SPV holds ownership of the asset, signs all contracts, and operates exclusively within the scope of the defined project.
• Once the project is completed and the asset sold, the SPV can be easily liquidated, ensuring legal and financial clarity.
