Fee: 2% of the projected cost of the donor property (one-time)

As soon as a property is selected and preparation begins,
ROILITY signs a Project Management Agreement with the Investor or investment entity.
This includes:
-Monthly Retainer: 9,900 € + VAT
This fee acts as a deposit securing Roility’s ongoing involvement and hands-on execution of the project.
All terms are customized based on the project size and timeline.

Each investment has a predefined exit strategy — typically through resale upon project completion. ROILITY manages the sales process directly or via selected partner agencies to maximize exposure and value.
We prioritize listing completed assets and curated investment opportunities directly on our platform.
Most projects are also offered to our private investor network at multiple stages of development — from acquisition and licensing to renovation and pre-sale.
This structure enables investors to enter or exit a project at different stages, depending on their risk appetite, timing, and capital strategy.
In certain cases, early exit may be possible through private transfer, secondary entry by another investor, or refinancing, subject to prior agreement and legal structure.
