ROILITY.com is a Real Estate Investment and Development Platform.
Founded by architect Evgeny Burkhart,
ROILITY™ is the culmination of over two decades of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, and high-end Real Estate development throughout Europe.
Evgeny graduated from the Ural State Academy of Architecture and Arts in 2001 and began his professional journey with his own design and architecture practice.
Over the years, his work expanded internationally, including projects in the south of France and Vienna, Austria, under the name BURKHART’STUDIO — a collaborative design practice that continues to this day. www.burkhartstudio.com
Since 2015, Evgeny has been based in Ibiza, where, together with his wife and creative partner Anna Burkhart, he co-founded Casa MAA Ibiza — a boutique studio specialising in Interior Design, Architecture, Renovation, and Material Sourcing throughout the Balearic Islands. www.casamaa.com
